Welcome to our photo-tour-diary of April 2003!
We did a small promotional tour through our country to promote our new EP "Everyone Reacts
Differently (but they all feel the same)". It was the best fun we ever had, we played the best shows,
and we've never been so tired before! Thanks everyone for coming, thanks to DNA, Sacred Life
and Five Years Later for supporting us. And thanks to Arthur, Guido, Frank and Jan for driving!
Check out the photos, made by Iris, Arthur, Guido, Stephanie, Bram, Stagemasters.

This photo was actually taken in February, but uh... it's a fun photo!
It shows (from l to r) Robin FYL, Bram, Vince Wagtale and Dirkjan FYL. It was taken at a Wagtale
show in Baarn. At this time the recordings for the new NIRC Ep were long done, but we were
still doing shit for the booklet. Actually... the artwork arrived just a week before the cd presentation..!

There they are! Remco is putting the artwork into the jewelcases, together with Stephanie
and Bram. Is that diy? Right!

Yeah! More = better!

It had been a while, but we actually practised for the tour! To find out we didn't need it at all,
the songs are stuck in our heads forever! So we were just standing outside, doing some
planning for the shows.

And the DNA and Five Years Later artwork arrived, so the bands came over to the Stuck In A
Day Records headquarters to make it look all nice and shiny!

Time for the first cd-presentation in the cosy AMP in Amsterdam! Since we're really punk/cheap,
we travelled by train and bus. Touring by public transport isn't really uhh... comfortable, with all
the heavy stuff. (Dirkjan looks like that cause he had just kissed Bart and I was too surprised
to click my camera.)

Dirkjan and Jan from DNA at the merchtable in AMP. It was a very nice night, with all good friends
and family, good shows and tasty beers. And we sold some cd's too!

DNA's Bart and Dirkjan.

Lesley from Five Years Later.

NIRC jumping. We played Lie To Me for the first time, and the song totally rocked!

Goodlooking punkrockers came from all over the country!

April 4 we played in the Groene Engel in Oss. We'd been selected for the Wraak van Brabant, which was really cool.
This pic is from before the show, all fresh and a little drunk too. Abel couldn't find his mouth. Again.

And this one is from after the show. We rocked, but somehow it didn't work that night.
We had great fun dancing and singing when the DJ started though, cause Bart turned sixteen.

Our merchguy of the night, Arthur. He did do a great job!

Bart with his new guitar. Kinda proud.

Practising in the "dressing room", at the Stimorol
Stagemasters semi-finals. Abel and Remco got there by car,
but Bart and I took the train again. That's like... a three hour
journey trough the darkest places of our country. We drank
so much Red Bull, we came up with the worst jokes we
had heard in years.

Bram the stagemaster with hair in his eyes.

Abel with his mohawk.

Bart showing off his new guitar.

The next day we went to sunny Scheveningen for a show at the Franse Bulldog.

We got our feet wet and muddy and then we went to the PizzaHut to have an expensive pizza.

Iris and Stephanie got addicted to playing pool by their own rules.

Abel from heaven!

We played with Five Years Later and well... here they are!

And these kids are some of our 'biggest' fans!

After the show we had a verrry juicy Whopper and even got back home on the last train.

The morning after... well... the afternoon after. Breakfast with ham and eggs!

Robin and Arthur came around to drop off a guitar and some cables, cause we had to play
another show that night, in Utrecht!

There we are, back in the Stairway! We played with Stretcher, a very nice poprockband.

It's hard to look attractive when you're drumming, believe me.

That doesn't go for playing guitar, obviously!

Our big day, April 25th in the IJsbreker, Leusden! The second cd-presentation with Five Years Later and DNA.
This is Sacred Life, our special guest. They rock! And they're probably the nicest guys we've ever met on the road.

The IJsbreker dressingroom is small, but cosy!

DNA in the IJsbreker.

And that's Sacred Life's drummer Helmert... and me!
After this party I fell asleep, and woke up a week later, still tired! What a month!
